Pros	Beautiful scenery, actors, and costumes.
Cons	Slow, uninteresting plot, and ending does not justify the means. (Play on words intentional.)
Bottom Line	Watch this only if you are a Jane Austen fan or studying her works. Not an interesting movie, more of a loosely based but boring biography.

Cons	It is confusing in places about who is who.
Bottom Line	I recommend this movie to any one who loves Jane Austen's stories.

Pros	The casting, production design, locations and costumes are good. Some high moments.
Cons	It's a novelization of a brief episode in a life.
Bottom Line	While it's interesting, and an amusing idea, don't take this as canon about Jane Austen's life.

Enjoyable speculation about a beloved author.
