| Cons | too much intensity, over singing, shouting, yelling soon becomes obnoxious |
| Bottom Line | Energizing music with lot of shouting. |

| Pros | Able to listen to the CD without skipping a track |
| Cons | Not enough songs on the CD |
| Bottom Line | The CD is great to listen to while working out, or in the car and even when you are going out. Skipping tracks is not necessary. |
