Pros Pulls off some incredible stuff. Very complicated interactions between themes.
Cons A little preachy and perhaps tries to do a little too much.
Bottom Line An exhilerating and thought-provoking experience. When the action shots start, don't hold your breath because some don't cut for several minutes.

Pros Superior acting, superior cinematography, superior story.
Cons It didn't last long enough. No sequel yet.
Bottom Line One of the best movies of all time. See it with friends.

Pros Powerful craftsmanship, a compelling story and a charismatic Clive Owen performance.
Cons Almost unrelentingly downbeat.
Bottom Line Clive Owen's commanding performance roots this futuristic story set in a very familiar (but stunningly chaotic) world. Michael Caine provides a stellar supporting turn. A MUST-SEE for adults.

Pros Dark and gritty, this is a worst case scenario that is gripping and compelling.
Cons Dark and depressing.
Bottom Line This movie deals with what happens to humanity when it has no hope, and it is not pretty.
