Pros Easy to operate small-family fryer that requires a trick, but then is successful.
Cons Small size not for parties or feeding the neighborhood.
Bottom Line Avoided frying because it's not worth the trouble? Try this well-designed fryer and think anew. Despite unnecessarily harsh opinions against fried foods, gourmands know the way to their loved-one's heart.

Pros Spatter free, almost odorless frying.
Cons Minimal instructions. Relatively high filter cost.
Bottom Line Probably the best residential unit on the market. Minimal mess, extremely easy to use.

Pros Great concept - uses less oil than other brands
Cons No matter how great - it's no good to me if it doesn't work!

Pros Taste, minimal oil, quick
Cons Fried food is never good for you!
Bottom Line If you must fry, do it the healthy way!
