Pros A great indie rock/pop album
Cons None
Bottom Line Spoon's first post-major label album is a feast of melody and rhythm. Highly recommended for fans of indie rock/pop, or those who only have the newer Spoon albums.

Pros Excellent hooks, confident vocal delivery, all-around solid song writing.
Cons "Take The Fifth" is one of Spoon's weakest tracks.
Bottom Line Easily the most satisfying album in Spoon's catalog.

Pros 5 stars for 11 songs.
Cons I missed their show with Guided By Voices .
Bottom Line Girls Can Tell is very eclectic, yet the songs balance each other out. This is a very catchy rock record without becoming too poppy.
