Pros	Body count, the action, the charisma, everything!
Cons	Nadda.
Bottom Line	The gun-play film that all other gun play films are compared to - none have come that close!

Hard Boiled has a higher body count than Saving Private Ryan!

Cons	Some of the in-between stuff is a little cheesy
Bottom Line	Hard Boiled is a must-see action movie.

Pros	Brilliantly choreographed action, Chow Yun-Fat , Tony Leung & Anthony Wong , production design
Cons	An insanely violent film. Bad English dubbing--watch it in Cantonese.
Bottom Line	Action flicks don't get much better than this. The Criterion Edition of Hard Boiled is highly recommended.

Pros	Action packed, with all the elements to make perfection, like violence for instance.
Cons	Violence. There's a lot of it. Maybe enough to get an X rating.
Bottom Line	This movie is such a John Woo film, it's so good, man just see it.

Cons	Formulaic; sometimes excessive levels of exposition; extremely violent
Bottom Line	Probably John Woo's best film other than The Killer , an action-packed film with solid performances.
