Pros	Joystick goes smoothly, the D-pad is really good too and it's sturdy
Cons	Size, button arrangement, vanity, lack of handles, individuality from all other XBox controllers
Bottom Line	Unless you have a very high tolerance/love for pain, don't use this thing.

Pros	Great analog controls, evenly spaced buttons and none are difficult to reach.
Cons	Large, can be difficult to use for people with small hands.
Bottom Line	The best made controller I have ever had the pleasure to use. It can take some getting used to, but the pay off is worth it.
