Pros	Continually humorous and sharp observations of 20th/21st Century dating.
Cons	Carrie's non-stop neuroticism gets old fast.
Bottom Line	The second year of "Sex and the City" is a definite keeper, and acts as an excellent re-introduction to the series and its values.
