Kurumi, Saki, Nakahito, and Dr. Agami set out in search of Dr. Ayankoji, followed by two female military spies. They stop at various hot springs, which provide ample opportunities for nude "fan service" shots. The sinister Dr. Walski sends three new "Steel Angel" robots to capture Kurumi, but they're no match for her. To combat the power generated by Kurumi's "Mark II Angel Heart," Walski completes the super-powerful Katrinka, who savagely beats and crucifies Saki. These violent adventures are played against innocent if curious sexual desires: Saki nurtures an unrequited lesbian passion for her "Big Sis" Kurumi; Kurumi, who has a figure Barbie would envy, dotes on the barely pubescent Nakahito.
