Pros	Good sound. Nice additional features, like the mic and song changer and call buttons.
Cons	Designed obsolecence. Big drop in design quality since Logitech bought them.
Bottom Line	I don't recommend. Under less then normal wear and tear it will likely fail. For the cost of this product the wiring and ear bud connections should be more durable.

Ultimate Ears or Emperor with No Clothes.

Pros	Great sound quality, wonderful accessories, high quality product, at the top of the food chain.
Cons	Not worth $400, big and bulky, sound is not 400% better than $100 units.
Bottom Line	If you have the bux, these are the best. If you find these at a huge discount, don't hesitate.
