Pros	A clutch of very good songs, some good atmosphere on occasion
Cons	Frankly, this is a boring album. And the lyrics are often terrible.
Bottom Line	After two solid records, Coldplay drops the ball right as the limelight gets its brightest. A disappointment, but it's not all bad.

Pros	Chris Martin (seriously, I think he's a genius!), wonderful lyrics and gorgeous melodies...
Cons	...a few duds here and there
Bottom Line	X&Y is a great album. I'm really looking forward to Coldplay's next release, which is set for sometime this year.
