On Nov. 28, 2008 I ordered a washer/dryer set during their special and got it for $599 plus taxes and delivery. When I checked my bank account a few days later I had been charged the full price even though the confirmation said otherwise. I called about it and had to talk to 4 different people and finally a manager said it would be refunded to my card which was a debit card not a credit card and she would put a rush on it. When I emailed customer service they said they could not replace the money until it was delivered which makes no sense at all. What does the delivery have to do with them over charging!!!Two weeks later I finally got the money back. What a rush job!!!! The washer/dryer was suppose to be delivered the next day 11-29. The next came and no one showed or called to say it had been changed! I called to find out why and was told it was delayed until 12-15. On 12-6 Sears called to say it had come in early and would be delivered on Mon. On Sunday Sears called and set up a time for the delivery. On Monday mid morning Sears called to say it had not come in and now would not be here until 12-18 now. On 12-15 Sears called to again say it was in and would be delivered on 12-18. I'm not holding my breath !!!! I will never order Sears.com again!!!
I made an order with sears july 3rd in the afternoon i was told by sear's it was sent out that monday but it wasnt it was sent out the next day...so it was delayed agian it was suppose to come friday but i got a email from ups saying that they got the wrong address it's was going out to another county...which i didnt live in ...I called sears they told me they would get and handle on my package in 24 hours well its sunday and i havent gotten a call from sears no way...i have never had a really bad shipping problem like this...Sears didnt even keep my address....Omg Dont order from these ppl they are horrible they want the money now and can careless if you get you package or not!
